Getting to 'The Coach House' by road.
  • From the M6 take junction 36 sign posted Kendal, this is the A590 which later becomes the A591, follow this to Windermere. Take the first left hand turn into Windermere (opposite the Windermere hotel).  Follow the road through the village and turn left immediately before Walter Wilson’s supermarket onto Oak Street . Take the second turning left off Oak Street on to Hazel Street .  Drive to the top of Hazel Street and turn left through the stone posts at the top of the road, where there is a large house on the right, the Hollies.  Drive around the front of the Hollies and you will see the Coach House.
By Rail
  • Windermere railway station is just 200m from the Coach House.  Turn left out of the railway station and follow the road through the village as above.
